• Emily Leverton, the resourceful and tenacious governess in Never Blow a Kiss, is named after Lindsay’s favorite character of all time: Emily Byrd Starr? There must be something special about that name.

• The idea for Never Blow a Kiss came to Lindsay in the shower (is there a better time for thinking?) and she knew it was going to be special.

• Lindsay adores reading romance, especially historical, romantic suspense, and rom-com. Her mother has hundreds of romance novels and Lindsay probably read every one of them while growing up.

• The Dove’s name in Never Blow a Kiss was originally The Orchestrator.
